1. Cancellation by Attendee:

 If you need to cancel your ticket, please contact us at experiencepottery@outlook.com / (607) 414 2062 at least 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations received within the specified time frame will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations received after the specified time frame will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you are unable to attend you can transfer your ticket to a friend. Please send an email to experiencepottery@outlook.com or text us (607) 414 2062 to provide the name of the person attending.

2. Cancellation by Event Organizer:

  • In the event that the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.
  • If the workshop is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the workshop is rescheduled, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Exceptions:

  • Please note that certain tickets or services may be non-refundable or have specific cancellation terms. These will be clearly indicated on the ticket or information description at the moment of purchase.

5. Governing Law:

  • This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.

6. Changes to Policy:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
