1. Cancellation by Attendee:
If you need to cancel your ticket, please contact us at experiencepottery@outlook.com / (607) 414 2062 at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- Cancellations received within the specified time frame will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations received after the specified time frame will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you are unable to attend you can transfer your ticket to a friend. Please send an email to experiencepottery@outlook.com or text us (607) 414 2062 to provide the name of the person attending.
2. Cancellation by Event Organizer:
- In the event that the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.
- If the workshop is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
- If the workshop is rescheduled, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
- *Please note that events that have been previously rescheduled cannot be rescheduled again. All sales are final for rescheduled events, and refunds or further rescheduling will not be permitted.
3. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
4. Exceptions:
- Please note that certain tickets or services may be non-refundable or have specific cancellation terms. These will be clearly indicated on the ticket or information description at the moment of purchase.
5. Governing Law:
- This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
6. Changes to Policy:
- We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
