Choose piece(s) to paint — The price covers all paints\, tools\, and detailing supplies\, in addition to the kiln firing of your piece. We accept cash\, Venmo\, and PayPal.\nThis is how it works: \n\nHave some creative fun designing\, painting\, and decorating your own Pottery! We have paints and decals available.\nAt the end of the evening\, pieces will be taken to our studio to get fired!\nFinished pieces will be available for pick up in downtown Scranton and there will be shipping available for an additional cost. DESCRIPTION:Thursday August 24th|  4:00 pm onward \nJoin us for a Pottery Date Night! \nThis is how it works: \nExperience the thrill of moving clay on a potter’s wheel to make your own terracotta pottery at Margarita Azul. Our artisan will move you through the creative process of turning a ball of clay into a useful piece of art from start to finish. \nAfter making your pottery on the wheel\, put your personality into the piece by painting\, carving\, or adding decal images. \nAt the end of the evening\, pieces will be taken to our studio to get fired! Finished pieces will be delivered to Margarita Azul for pick up (please allow 2-4 weeks for processing). \nYour finished pottery will be microwave/ dishwasher/ food/ liquid safe! \nThe cost of your ticket includes an appetizer (TBA) or a classic margarita. Additional foods and drinks are available for purchase at the restaurant! \nYour Experience Cost: $65.00 per person \n(Includes materials and process: clay experience\, paint/glazing\, and firing + one appetizer TBA or 1 free classic Margarita*) \nThings to consider during the event: \n\nTiered start times are designed to afford our customers more personalized service. The time on your ticket is the approximate time your experience will be starting\, please arrive with enough time if you wish to order food and eat before your experience. All of your creative energy will be embedded to enjoy for a lifetime!\nThere is a lot that can happen in the process of making pottery and the material can react in unexpected ways\, that being said although we will take every precaution to get a successful piece\, clay can break during the drying\, transportation\, or firing.
